Insurance
Auto Accident and Insurance Billing
A prescription is required from the physician/chiropractor that is treating you for the injury from the auto accident. You are required to contact your insurance company regarding coverage before we are able to process insurance billing. We encourage each person involved in an auto accident to contact an attorney to assist with reimbursement.

Worker's Compensation Clients
Worker's Compensation clients are accepted with approved C-9 form. We have an experienced Occupational Health Nurse/Licensed Massage Therapist on our staff to accommodate and coordinate your Worker's Compensation rehabilitation with you and your physician.
